Community care changes lives. Through my journey in education, student services, and advocacy, I have seen firsthand the power of access, belonging, and human connection. Rooted Pathways Consulting, LLC, was established to bridge the gaps with action to support students, organizations, schools, families, and communities through culturally grounded consulting and food distribution drives.

Our work digs deep into the “unspoken” cultural norms and brings to light what prevents people from showing up as their full selves.
