These workshops are designed to explore key areas, including fostering belonging in the workplace and classroom, improving organizational culture through belonging-centered practices, and approaches to mitigate implicit and interpersonal bias.
Customized Belonging Framework
Tailored models to help your organization measure and intentionally build a culture of belonging that aligns with your organization’s values, practices, and people. Think of it as an equity-centered roadmap designed collaboratively with your team to integrate belonging into everyday decision-making, policies, and practices.
Organizational Culture Audit
Evaluation of the current organizational climate, practices, and systems through a DEIBJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Justice) lens. We utilize a Belonging needs assessment, interviews/focus groups, and policy reviews to identify gaps and provide culturally responsive recommendations for transformation.
